How many of you young moms like me have heard the term "Super Mom" and thought about that sexy Diva with a perfect body, life, job, husband, house, car, kitchen, and kid(s)?

S is for Supported. Allow yourself to be supported. Don't try to do everything; don't go at this alone...
U is for Unique. Don't compare yourself to others, especially other moms! Your story is yours and it is powerful!
P is for Present. and
E is for Engaged. These go together. As a Mom, being Present for your children and Engaged in them Spirit, Mind, Body, Soul and Emotions goes a tremendously long way! One hour of Quality P&E is so much more valuable than a full work week of empty quantity time!
R is Rested. You might have Super Powers but getting your rest allows for you to be your best you and the best Mom your kids can have!
Everything on this list is in your power.
Only you can make it happen.
So make it happen.
